Step 1: Create a Trailhead Account
Go to trailhead.salesforce.com and create a free account using your email address. This is your central hub for all Salesforce certifications, learning, and credential management.
Step 2: Navigate to Credentials
Once logged into Trailhead, click on your profile icon → Credentials → Certifications. This shows all available certifications and your existing credentials.
Step 3: Select Your Exam
Find the certification you want to take and click “Schedule an Exam”. You’ll be redirected to Kryterion Webassessor — Salesforce’s official exam delivery partner.
Step 4: Choose Your Testing Format
You have two options:
